Lifestyle | Yogurt w/ Grapes and Seeds


Um post rápido para vos mostrar o que costumo comer ao lanche. Há já umas semanas que em vez saciar a fome com doces e bolachas, pego em iogurte e junto várias sementes, mas hoje decidi juntar também uvas, e pode-se dizer que fiquei muito mais satisfeita do que se tivesse comido as tais bolachas que chamavam por mim!xx

Just a quick post to show you what I usually eat in the afternoon. A few weeks ago I decided that instead satisfy the hunger with cookies, I must eat healthier things, such has what I show on this post! Yogurt and various types of seeds, but today I decided to also join grapes, and, I can say I was much more satisfied than if I had eaten the cookies that were "calling for me"! xx
